12:30 PM Fire in the Glen has been around, in one form or
another, since 1999. The Lancaster-based trio specializes in
energetic music, primarily mug-thumping pub songs and lively
fiddle sets and mostly from the Irish and Scottish traditions
(with a few original surprises thrown in for good measure).
The band's goal is to keep toes tapping in every audience
and they love to see folks get up to dance and sing along!
The band consists of founding member Tom Knapp, a Lancaster
County boy through and through, on fiddle, bodhran and
backing vocals.
Michael Filippo, born in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., on lead guitar
and vocals
Amanda Wells, on lead vocals, guitar, harmonica and percussion.
All three members live in Lancaster now. Learn more about the band at fireintheglen.com.

2:00 PM Wake Up Call is a unique band, drawing from multiple
influences: soul, funk, classic rock, and blues.
Current venues played include the Roosevelt Tavern (York),
Winner’s Circle and Bay City (Hanover), along with festivals
and private performances including the Red, White & Blues
Festival at the Moondancer Winery, the Indigo Blues dance
parties, Harrisburg’s Fort Hunter Festival and
the Gypsy Moon Blues Festival.
The members of the band represent this “gumbo” of varied
influences:
Tom Lowry (Keys, harp, trombone, lead vocals) is a former member
of Lancaster's popular classic rock band The Flyboys, and has
played with many area blues bands as well. His dynamic vocals
pair with his New Orleans-influenced piano style to make a
unique blend of old and new.
Ken Smith (bass, vocals) was the leader of the classic blues
band The Regulators, and a veteran of the Annapolis music scene
of the 70's. His deep bass tones add the “funk” to the sound of
Wake Up Call.
Mike Hess (guitar, lead vocals) has played with innumerable
bands in the Harrisburg/York area, including the Don Johnson
Project. His soulful vocals combine with slick guitar sounds
reminiscent of greats such as Eric Clapton, Mark Knopfler
and Albert Lee.
Randy Bucksner (saxophone, vocals) is a Philadelphia native who
has been playing in Central Pa. for the past 20 years. Besides
putting in time with Wake Up Call he plays with a diverse mix of
bands such as The Rip Chords, Mark DeRose, The Shackletons, and
fronts his own band Main Street Mystics. He is a fan of all
styles of music.
J.J. Dugan (drums, lead vocals) brings a powerful brand of soul
and blues singing to the band. He has contributed to many
regional bands, including Brian Colgan's pop-rock band Six Cents,
State College's horn band Cliff Turner & the Afterburners,
and Bobby Shell's Fatback.
*Song Sample/Artists include:
Eric Clapton, Lucky Peterson, Delbert McClinton, Ray Charles,
Joe Bonamassa, Willie Dixon, The Doors, Stevie Ray Vaughan,
Tedeschi-Trucks Band, Wilson Pickett plus originals by the band.

3:30 PM T J Earley is a trio that is an offshoot of the local
acoustic folk / blues / originals band, WoodSong.
On lead guitar and bass (sometimes at the same time) is
Tom Castner. Aimee Pavlesich-Earley plays outstanding cello
and fiddle and fills in on vocals. On vocals, rhythm guitar
and occasional banjo and mandolin is John Beaumont.
T J Earley will perform blues, soft rock, folk and originals
at the Art Show.
